Wax Austin Concert reviews
Worst Concert Ive been to from Buffett
This was my worst Wax concert experience, it being the 28th. The song selection was disappointing beyond belief. Most, after all the covid situation, just wanted to relax and enjoy some classic Wax tunes, but that didn't happen. He focused too much on his new material, leaving the crowd cold. The basic fan favorites, like "Come Monday" and "Cheeseburger," were missing. Starting with "Fins" as the second song was puzzling. Singing a cover ("Southern Cross") in the encore was odd. The venue was packed, but the song choices were bad. Despite that, I must admit his voice was pretty good, unlike his infamous national anthem mishap. This will mark the end of my Wax concert attendance.
